Yard Debris shall be defined as leaves, limbs and/or trimmings from the normal care and maintenance of residential properties. This definition excludes the collection of limbs and tree or brush cuttings that are the apparent work of a professional contractor or as the result of storm damage or not bundled not more than four (4) feet in length, but not necessarily securely tied together.  Also excluded from this definition is “lot clearing” or whole tree removal on a residential property being prepared for construction of a residential home.
